Welcome to GoEnergy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the App. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. The Armenian-language version of these Terms shall prevail within the territory of the Republic of Armenia in case of inconsistency.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have legal capacity under Armenian law
  • Provide accurate registration information

GO ENERGY LLC may suspend accounts providing false or misleading information.

4. Description of Services

  • Locate EV charging stations via map
  • View charger type (AC/DC)
  • Start charging sessions via QR code or in-app activation
  • Pay for charging services
  • Maintain prepaid wallet balance
  • Access charging history
  • Participate in loyalty or promotional programs

5. Charging Infrastructure

Charging Infrastructure

  • AC chargers
  • DC fast chargers

Some charging stations are operated by third-party partners.

  • Is not responsible for third-party hardware malfunctions
  • Is not liable for grid failures
  • Is not liable for external power outages

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree:

  • Not to damage charging equipment
  • Not to misuse infrastructure
  • Not to interfere with electrical systems
  • Not to engage in abusive conduct

Users are financially liable for damages caused to charging infrastructure.

GO ENERGY LLC may:

  • Suspend accounts for unpaid balances
  • Block abusive users
  • Pursue legal action under Armenian law

7. Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Liability

GO ENERGY LLC is NOT liable for:

  • Vehicle damage
  • Battery degradation
  • Battery performance issues
  • Improper vehicle compatibility
  • User negligence
  • Power grid instability
  • Third-party operator faults

Total liability of GO ENERGY LLC shall not exceed the amount paid by the user within the previous three (3) months.

8. Remote Session Control

GO ENERGY LLC may remotely terminate a charging session only in case of:

  • Technical malfunction
  • Safety risk

9. Station Availability

Temporary unavailability of stations does not entitle users to compensation.

GO ENERGY LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Loyalty & Promotions

GO ENERGY LLC may:

  • Introduce promotional campaigns
  • Offer discounts or loyalty programs
  • Set expiration dates
  • Limit eligibility
  • Modify or cancel promotions at any time

Promotions do not create permanent rights.

11. Data Protection

Data Protection

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Location data
  • Payment data
  • Charging history

Data may be processed using:

  • AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Google Cloud infrastructure

Data may be stored on EU-based servers. Processing is conducted in accordance with:

  • Law of the Republic of Armenia on Personal Data Protection Push notifications and SMS communications may be used for operational and service-related purposes.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating court proceedings, users must submit a written complaint to: goenergyarmenia@gmail.com

GO ENERGY LLC has 30 days to respond.

Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.

13. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the App belongs to GO ENERGY LLC. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or reproduction is prohibited.

App Store Compliance

If downloaded via Apple App Store: Apple Inc. is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms. If downloaded via Google Play: Google is not responsible for the App.

Amendments

GO ENERGY LLC may update these Terms.

Users will be notified via:

  • App notification
  • App Store update notes

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
